“Meet Them” is a campaign meant to strengthen Humble Bundle’s reputation as a charitable brand. The integrated campaign aims to give young female gamers the confidence to be themselves through bonding with the characters that they meet in games.
Gamers, especially women, feel ashamed to be open about their enjoyment of games. This is a result of the negative anti-social stigma that comes with it. Games are falsely accused of promoting antisocial behavior among players, perpetuating a desire to stay inside and play rather than being with friends.
